Your trust matters to us. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and where you can escalate it.

How to raise a grievance with us

Contact our Grievance Officer through the form on our Contact page. When using the form, choose "Grievance / Complaint" as the service.

Please include:

  • Your name and the mobile number you used with us.
  • A short description of the issue and when it happened.
  • Any reference numbers and copies of relevant messages (never share OTPs, PINs or passwords).
  • What resolution you are looking for.

How we handle it

  • We acknowledge your grievance and share a reference.
  • A senior member of the team reviews the facts, and may call you for details.
  • We respond with our findings and the action we will take, within the period prescribed under applicable law.

Official escalation channels

If your concern is about an insurer, company, fund house or other regulated entity, or if you are not satisfied with the response you received, these official channels can help:

  • Insurance: first write to the insurer's grievance officer, then IRDAI Bima Bharosa or the Insurance Ombudsman.
  • Shares, brokers, depositories and mutual funds: the company, registrar, broker or fund house first, then SEBI SCORES.
  • Unclaimed dividends and shares transferred to the IEPF: the IEPF Authority.
  • Personal data: the Data Protection Board of India, after first raising it with us.
  • Fraud or impersonation: cybercrime.gov.in or helpline 1930.
